Set me up with Superdistill. Its server is https://mcp.superdistill.com. It is a remote MCP server, and it signs in with OAuth, so there is no API key.

Work through these steps in order. Keep what you tell me short and plain, because I may not be technical. Don't start a step until the one before it is done.

1. *Check whether it's already connected.* If you have a Superdistill tool called `whoami`, call it. Any answer means it's connected, even `signed_up: false`, so skip to step 5.

2. *Work out where you're running.* Which app or tool are you? For example: Claude Code, claude.ai, the Claude desktop app, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code or Antigravity CLI. Find its version if you can, and check whether you can run shell commands, search the web or read web pages. Only ask me if you really can't tell.

3. *Find the current way to add a remote MCP server here.* This changes often, so don't rely only on what you remember.
   - If you can run commands, check the tool's own help first, for example `claude mcp add --help`, `codex mcp --help` or `agy mcp --help`.
   - If you can search or read the web, look up this app's official docs on adding a remote MCP server or custom connector. Trust the vendor's own docs over blogs, and trust newer pages over older ones.
   - If you can do neither, go with what you know and tell me it might be out of date.
Also check whether my plan, or my company's admin settings, could block this. If so, tell me before anything else.

4. *Add it.*
   - If you can add it yourself with a command or a config file, tell me in one line what you'll change, then do it. Name it `superdistill`, add only this server, and don't touch anything else.
   - If I have to add it myself, which is the case in most chat apps, give me numbered steps for exactly this app: where to click, what to paste and what the sign-in screen will look like. Use as few steps as you can. Then tell me what happens after it's added: whether I need to switch it on for this chat, start a new chat or restart the app. If it's a new chat, tell me to paste this same prompt there, since step 1 will pick up where we left off. Then wait for me.
   - If this app can't connect to MCP servers at all, say so in one sentence, name the nearest app I could use instead, and stop.

5. *Confirm it works.* Call `whoami`, passing the `build_id` from step 1 if you got one. If it says `signed_up: false`, call `sign_up`.

6. *Connect my work tools.* Only if step 5 just created my workspace: before the first build, help me connect my work tools the way `sign_up` describes, once. Otherwise skip this step. From here on, follow what Superdistill's own tools tell you to do next.

If something fails, tell me in one plain sentence what happened and what you'll try next. Don't give up after one error.
